OK, so I was pulling out the interior of my 65 when I came across this wire running under the carpet into the trunk area. It has this strange 4 pin connector that I haven't seen used in many years. The other end ran up under the passenger side kick panel so I thought I would trace it out. But when I pulled the kick pannel off I found that the wire had been cut and so tracing it any further wasn't going to work.
Question is, is it something that was original, and what was it for, or is it something that the PO had put in there and then taken out some time and didn't want to pull up the carpeting to remove the wire? I am thinking it is option 2 but who knows.
