what is needed to swap 03-04 4v into 2002 gt?

Sorry for the repeated question im about to ask but im wanting to know what is needed to swap a termi engine and trans into my 02 gt?Im looking to deck this thing out, as it sits the car has a ton of suspension work, single piece aluminum driveshaft, the car has a wet nitrous kit but id rather swap it instead of spraying the 2v.
