Take the carpet out.. Go to the carwash and bring a stiff push broom. Spray it down with tuff stuff. Scrub with broom. Hose off with hose from car wash. Repeat as needed. Mine looks like new.
I accidently found the best carpet cleaner I ever used. I bought a bottle of Meguires carpet cleaner in a black bottle at the Dollar store for $1.50. When we were moving in someone stepped on tube of brown silicone and I didnt see some of it for a couple days on my brand new carpet. I used the Meguires and it came up like it was nothing! Didnt leave any discoloration or anything. I worked great! So I tried it onsome stains I had in my Lincoln that the Bissel stuff wouldnt remove and this stuff took it right off.
Castrol Super Clean works on the really hardcore stains for me. Otherwise, I use Tuff Stuff for the not-so-severe spots/areas.

Just make sure you let it dry out before putting it back in the car.
I hung mine on a fence in the sun for 3 days before putting it back in. It still smelled like wet carpet for a few days after that. Make sure you toss those dehumidifying salt balls in a cup and leave it in the interior for a week or so. Last thing you want is mold to start growing
Hmm, I dont really want to spray it with a hose, it rains every day here so I wouldnt have any luck leaving it out, though with the heat there is in the day time it may dry in an afternoon. I really dont want it to smell and mold, I will try some products if it doesnt come out as good as I want, I'll just do it the old fashion way with soap and a hose.
