What is the Bullitt suspension?

I passed an 08 Bullitt today, and the car looked very sharp. Even though the tires are the same 18" wheels as mine, I know the Bullitt looks more even. I am wondering, what exactly are the tweaks made to the Bullitt suspension? Can I buy the Bullitt suspension from FRPP?

Here is some text from the Bullitt press release, which so far is all I can find on the subject:

"Sport-tuned: Modified chassis and suspension improves an already competent and capable chassis to deliver the most balanced Mustang ever."

No problem to sum things up a Bullitt has:

lower springs + revalved shocks, open air intake, revised tuning (see intake), 3.73s, factory x-pipe, different mufflers (than GT), interior trim (panels, steering wheel, lettering, etc.) and of course Highland Green, no fogs, spoiler delete, and black/polished 18in bullitts.

As far as chassis improvements I can't think of any other then what came with the 07+ models, more welding/bracing + a-arm brace.

I had the same questions / because I own one ......

and after considerable research I've found that there is very little difference what so ever ...

the Bullitt's front suspension is the same as a GT's

the Bullitt's rear Springs are exactly the same height as the GT and the V6's - they're just rated slightly stiffer on the rebound/return

the only significant difference are the Bullitt's rear shocks ..... and BTW / Ford's been really cagey about who built these shocks for them

in other word's = its all hype :bs:
