Wheels-Tires what is the max for backspacing on a 89?

I am looking at the fr5oo wheels and wondering if the 10.5 in the rear would work? also it was suggested to use 285/40/17 tires, my car has been lowered 1/2 all the way around.

You'd more than likely have issues.

Gotta remember...these wheel wells were originally designed for 14-15" wheels

YEA I KNOW JUST LOOKING FOR ANYONE WHO HAS DONE THIS SETUP AND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO
