i dont have a pic yet.. but in the center of the clutch and flywheel.. a little cup came out.. and it was all broke and there were 2 tiny tiny little cylinder thingys in the cup.. please tell me someone noes what im talking about!

I believe that is your pilot bearing. It is located in the crankshaft on the flywheel side and is what your tranny input shaft rotates on.

They are inexpensive and easy to get. I think you can inspect for damage on the crank and may get away with a $12.- part and reassemble.

Did you hear noises? Did you notice your shifter handle bouncing up & down more than usual? What made you look for this?

If renewing it, I would get a pilot bearing and not a pilot bushing (yours might have been the latter).

Good luck.
