I'm guessing it's something to do with fuel pressure considering It's on the rail but where should the vaccuum line go ? My guess is the egr valve that's the only thing I could see is reaching. I'm going to be replacing the egr with a delete bracket so do I just need to supply
It vacuum from another source ?

I can't remember where I took it
From when I began this gt40 intake swap

Thanks everyone

Has nothing to do with your Egr . It's the fuel prsssure regulator. Needs to be supplied it's own vac source from the intake

Should be a small vac line barb in back of intake, it's hard to see, it may have several hose nipples

Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Directly connected to intake manifold pressure. Small barb on the back side of the intake is where it connects on factory setup

That regulator is adjustable. I would replace it with a non-adjustable unless you need that functionality for some reason.

I've never used a stock aftermarket one, but Rock Auto sells a Motorcraft one for $54: http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=382279&cc=1133985&jsn=496
