What kind of grease for worm and odo. gear?

My worm gear for my odo. arrived in the mail. I was just wondering which kind of grease you use on the gears.

I took the old one out last week. What a piece of garbage...crumbled right in my hand.

White Lithium grease will work.

Correct, I had to buy a huge tube of it just to get the right stuff.
