What kind of intake should i put on my 306 blower motor. (8:1 compression) I was thinking of a trick flow R. Do you guys recomend anything else. Is their a difference between the r series and the track heat intake? Any help is appreciated. thanks

is this motor going in a F150 4x4 with 35's then I would say not a R. But if you put it in a Roadster that weights 1200 pounds maybe a R with trick flow R heads, but if you have E7's and are putting it in a swamp buggy you might want to think about a hogan sheet metal intake oh and of course all that depends on the cam? :bang:

I would go with the TFS-R with the 306.. I'm gonna get it for mine once my long rod 306 is built.. Well either the R or the new intake trick flow came out with, but I haven't seen an numbers on it yet.. These type of intakes make more power in higher rpm's so if you are going to rev the engine past 6,000 say like close to 7,000 then they will be good.. Either that or the Victor intake from Edlebrock
