Your best be is to go to an auto paint store tell them the color code they will make a spray can for you 25 bux or so and then buy a can of clear coat and go from there.
but its probably going to end up looking like an Autozone car show if you dont take your time
Depends on what color you're looking for. Whatever you use, I'd hit it first with some Bulldog Adhesion Promoter - awesome stuff, about $6 a can at Autozone.
i took mine to a guy i know that runs a body shop and had him spray it when he did another black car. had to wait a little but it turned out great. that grill will stand out horribly if its not done right
The auto parts store touch up paint sucks so bad. I work at advance and my buddy that works there had a scratch on his fender, he tried to use some touch up paint spray and even wit clear coat it looked like someone went over the spot with sand paper. Its a small part, it wont cost much, I would even take it to maaco, and have them prime it and spray it with a real gun and real car paint.
Just check with your local body shop, it should only take about 1/4 pint of base + the clear shouln't cost to much. The good old fizz can will look terrible.
