I was using an 89.5 but the tensioner was too loose and was making noise. So I went with an 89" belt. It's tight but it keep the tensioner very quiet. I'm expecting to stretch a little and not be as tight.
i just went to auto zone and bought 3 belts around the 88-92" range and found the one that fit best and brought the others back... worked good for me i think mine was 90.5 maybe?

AC and no pullies on the car right now, have a set of pullies of a 86 but almost forgot about them still in a box on the shelf, not even too sure if they will fit, so for the time being just the AC. Thanx
Best bet is to grab your rachet or wrench and head right to the parts store. ..Then if you have to swap lenght's its tit..
89.5 would be a good place to start...I think they go up/down in 1/4" increments from there, Least Napa did...
Save your self the grief and do it right there at the store...On my 2rd trip I finally just did it there...
It only takes a moment to swap the belt anyway....
you know what i just thought of... i think mine is 90.5 BUT i am supercharged and i dont know for sure but theres a good possibility that the Alt. is slightly moved from the stock position
