Well kinda, I have never driven a 4.6 so I have nothing to compare it too besides my dads corvette that I have driven wich is a 5.7 and the pickup truck I drove b4 the stang wich was a 5.2. So I guess I bought it really cuz I still wanted to drive a 5. sumthin engine :p but I am definately happy with the 5.0

you mean your 4.96L
:D

A lot of people don't give the '94-95s good credit. I mean you have the streets over loaded with people that own v6s that don't really take care of their cars. You have the ocassional 5.0 owner in their 40s or 50s that leave their car bone stock. But very rarely do you see that many modified '94-'95s around. You can't blame them though, I didn't think much of them back in the day myself until my friend bought a '95 that had a list of mods performance and appearance, growing bigger by the day. So i'd have to say after seeing first hand what one could look like and how well one could really perform, i knew that it was the car for me. I love the foxes but I also love the updated body and interior too. Plus, these days it's hard to find a descent fox for a good price.

well....i never really wanted a mustang, i was sorta wanted a GTI. then one day out of nowhere my uncle from sandiego calls me and asks me if i wanted his car, for FREE! because he had just bought an M5 so i guess the mustang wasnt as much fun anymore. i was like OMG you have to be kidding me! I felt like the luckiest guy in the world to be getting a free car, let alone a mustang. around december in senior year of highschool, he had it shipped over to me. so yeah thats my story on why i drive a 5.0

...oh yeah we went to california to visit them, and that M5 is CRAZY. i seriously could not wipe the smile off of my face :D :D :D

I used to be a mustang hater. I did not like them what so ever cuz everyone had one. I was a bowtie fan. Camaro, Chevelle, etc......
Well I owned a Dodge Challenger. It was a decent car. Nice looks, 360 small block engine, black, slap stick shifter, etc....
Well one summer I raced 3 diffrent 5.0 Mustangs and lost 3 times. Then I says to my self, I says " Jason, theres gotta be something with those cars". I had a good friend with one so I asked him to use it to take my girlfriend (now my wife) to prom, so he let me. After that night I was hooked on 5.0 Mustangs. A few months later I sold the Challenger and got me one of those Mustangs. I have never regreted it since.

a few years ago i used to make fun of mustangs....called them pustangs, rustangs etc....i was into camaros and t/a's (i still like t/a's btw)...my dad is real big on mustangs so i grew to like them....i'll have owned FIVE in ~2years of driving!!

my brother had an 89 cobra i think, then someone stole that so he got a 95gt, then he sold that to me, my dad had a 69 mustang and he always boasted about mustangs when i was growing up and made a big deal about 5.0s so when my brother decided to sell his 5.0 i couldnt miss the chance

i had to have a stang after i sat in my friend's 90 5.0 LX, i was looking for a fox 5 spd, but after over a year of looking and not finding anything in good condition, i finally stumbled on the 94 vert and had to get it... still wish i got the 5 spd, but i really cant complain, the car's great and i love the sound of the 5.0!

I used to be a strict Fox body man. But a friend bought a 98 Cobra and I took a ride in it one day and realized how much more solid the car felt. So when I went looking for a new ride, I looked at 94-98's. I found this clean bone stock 95 vert for book value and in my price range so I jumped on it.
So far I'm lovin' it. No squeaks or rattles Car handles great. Definelty a good car for the money.
I bought it mainly as a daily driver so major mods aren't happening. But if you do want some serious power, it is definetly cheaper to do up a 5.0 compared to a 4.6...

I don't like the bodys of the 94 & up, too big.

The bigger & bubbleier they keep making the newer cars the more I hate them, it's a joke to me to see allittle two door car pull up next to me while driving my suv & sitting as high as my suv with off road tires.

I love the looks of the '94-'98 cars. I like the tailights in our cars WAY BETTER than those sissy tailights in the '96-'98. I love the 5.0 they are easy to mod and fairly cheap to build, and like I said the looks and sound of a lowered '95-'95 mustang is just AWESOME. :hail2:

I'm between 40 and 50 (45 in June) and I am modding mine. The next mod for me is a TURBO ...
