What mods to do???Please help

Hey, just wonderin what the best first mods would be. Its a 97 GT 5-spd. I was thinkin cold air, hpp3, headers,gears. What do yall think. Thanx

Depends on what you got to spend. Get a shifter, gears is always good. Head swap but thats $$$ you will want to do though.
