alright, so i ordered a rebuild kit from summit and they sent me the wrong piston rings. so i called them and they said no problem, send them back and we will send you the right ones. i told the guy exactly what i had and what i was doing. he sent me slp-e-458k rings. thats what is called for correct. well all the rings fit except for the damn compression ring (the bottom ring). this is ridiculous, they are entirely too big and wont sit all the way down in the groove. someone help me out on this im trying to get this motor built and this is the only thing holding me up
ps. should i just go ahead and buy a new piston and piston ring set?
