What parts for a 3G Install????

I know this has been beat to death but what parts do I need to do a 3G install on my 1991 Mustang? I have read so many posts and it seams everyone does it different. Also can I have instructions on what wires go where. It is confussing reading all of these posts about it because everyone does it different.
I know I need the following:

1. 3G Alternator from a 94-95 Mustang.
2. Factory Alternator Plug from the same car.
3. Battery cable for Alt. to Starter Solenoid
4. 150 Amp Inline fuse.

Let me know if there is anything I need that is not listed.

I just need a quick run down on what wires I need to attach to the 3G Alternator and what wires I do not need to use. I hear it is easy but reading the other posts it is confussing to me. Thanks in advance.

You don't need the plug from the above mentioned car.

Just read and look at the pics. All the details make it seem harder than it really is. I was pretty intimiated by the project but got it done easy enough.
