what pilot bushing for a 4 cyl t-5 into 5.0?

i have installed a T5 from a 89 T-coupe cougar in my 89 mustang, and encountered the exact same problem as you did. there is a bearing i got from Napa that was the exact dimension that i needed. i do believe it was a 3202rsj bearing wich is commonly used as a alternator bearing/pilot bearing for some foreign rice burner. if that isnt the correct part# u will have to go the same route i did, being that the istallation tool u need is the common chevy pilot alignment tool.
the inner diamater of the bearing you need 4 the 4cyl is the exact same as the chevy camaro with a T5 80s model, then u have the parts store man look up the 5.0 outer bearing dimension and stick his head in the bearing catalog, and any compitant parts store man can figure out what you need. i used to work at napa.

Do a search here in Stangnet, be patient. I found it that way before when one of my friends was considering a swap, it's made by a company called Motormite.

thanks JadeFalcon, i was just trying to help musthave out and point him in the right direction. im an ASE certified mechanic that injured his back and worked a napa for a few years just do to the fact i couldnt stay away from a hobbie that pertained to motors. been wanna my burning desires ever since childhood!
