what roller rockers for stock heads?

wondering if anyone can help me out, what kind of roller rockers can fit on my stock heads, 89 stang. is it 5/16 pedestal rockers? or 3/8? also what brand would you recommend? thinking about crane. thanks !

5/16 and I have had sorpion and ford racing pedestal mount rockers. and they're both good. it's a personal choice honestly

ive got ford racing 1.7s. i love them, me and a buddy just took my old ones off and bolted the new ones on. didnt turn the motor over by hand or anything. just left it like it was and bolted them down. started up and i havent had any problems and they dont make a bit of noise.

I have the Crane 1.6 RR's and love them...they are basically the same as the ford racing ones....in fact the exact same...

thanks for the answers guys, Im getting that anxious feeling of getting started on my engine tommorow!! pulling the bone stock engine , and rebuilding it and adding new crane cam(same as e-cam), 70mm T.B., 76 C&L MAF., Typhoon intake, und. pullies, full exhaust, getting rockers , just wanted to know the right ones to get!! undecide between #24 or #30 injectors what do you guys think?? thanks for the replies.

i have a almost new(around 1,500miles on them and look like they were never used) set of scorpion 1.6rr for sale
sold my ported E7's and the guy already had rr for them, so i keep them and sold my E7's alittle cheaper, email me At xtremelimits285@hotmail.com if you looking too buy a set, ill sell for a fair price \

btw pedestal mount rockers are 5/16
