what rpms are low, mid and high??

what range?
like idle-2500 =low
2500-4000=mid and
4000+ = high???

i want to set up a car that has a stall speed of like 2000
with a trickflow stage 1 cam
will those two work well?

2800 min stall for just about any cam. Talk to whoever is making the cam and whoever is making the stall. They will both be able to help you select the right cam and converter for your combo.
