What size carb should I go with?

I just got the bottem end of my motor all put together..Its a standard bore 302. Had it honed, all new bearings and rings. Ive got a set of Ported World Products Windsor Jr. heads going on it, An F-303 cam, Victor Jr. Intake, And I was wondering what size carb to go with. I was looking at holley 650 or 700. The car is completely gutted, has 4.10 gears and a T-5..This is gonna be a track car that I might take out on a saturday night every now and then..
