What size Denso plugs?

I plan on doing a plug change soon on my '96 and I'm thinking of going with the Denso iridium plugs or the NGK iridiums. What is the correct size to use in my basically stock snake? Also anyone have any recommendations about plug gap or just go with factory gapping?

1996 FORD MUSTANG COBRA 4.6 L - V8 IT16 0.050 gap


I run NGK TR5's in my Cobra and Vert, 0.45 gap.
