Man, this question must come up twice a day lately...

You can easily go with 275 on 9" rims. Some people go as far as 315 but I think that might be pushing it.

For further reference, there is a Search function in the upper right corner of your screen

If it were me, I'd do a 265/35-18 in front, and either a 275/35-18 or a 285/35-18 out back. That will keep you very close to the stock diameter. The 275 is a hair shorter than stock, while the 285 is a hair taller. Just my 2 cents.

On an 18 x 9 wheel, the "best" fit is the 265-35-18 tire...the 275-35-18 fits "best" on a 18 x 9.5 wheel and the 285-35-18 fits "best" on a 18 x 10 wheel. What I mean by best fit is that the sidewalls do not bow either in or out and are semi parallel with the wheel edge. I personally do not like the "stretched out or in" look of a tire that is too narrow or too wide for the given wheel width. Getting the tire to fit in this way maximizes the contact patch of the tire and allows the sidewalls to "behave" in the way that the manufacturer intended. The sidewalls are very important to performance, but are one aspect that people do not realize when concentrating on getting a "wide" wheel and tie combo on their ride. Been there done all that with the wheel/tire combos!!! How do I know... I own a tire business
