what spark plug and gap should i run with 17psi+water meth??????

I'm not sure what plug and gap to run on my setup,00 2v, gonna be running 17psi intercooler, and water methanol. Any suggestions from experience? ???

BR7EFs. They have a slightly recessed tip which helps with high boost applications.

Run the biggest gap you can get away with without misfiring. I suspect that will be in the vicinity of 0.030"...
