No problem.
I was wondering if this was just a test from you or what? I figured with all the experience you have and such.
Guess you might just have a bunch of info rolling around in your head and just got confused for a minute.

hehehe...just wanted to double check, I have limited expierence with the smaller E'brock heads. I am just about finished with a nice 331 Procharged car I built for a guy, the heads were a mess.

The previous owner to him had installed a non-taper, non washer type plug and decided that he didn't like the angle E'brock came up with and made his own..lol Almost every plug was at a slightly different angle. I had to have all that fixed at the machine shop when they went through the heads, valve job, guides. I installed all new seals, springs, spring cups,etc..only thing that was good was the valves.

I actaully can't wait to get this thing fired up, it should run really good. 94 Cobra, 9.5:1 331, mildly worked 6025's (2.02 valves), RPM intake, 70mm TB, 75mm MAF, 36# inj, custom cam (fairly large for a 94-95), ATI P1SC with a 3 core intercooler 15psi pullies, full Stalker Kit with 03 Cobra wheels. It has a Tremec 3550, SPEC Stage II clutch and the basic suspension pieces, but it may come back after it's trip to FL (where the guy lives) for a Griggs or MM panhard set-up along with other suspension goodies.

Since the car was such a basket case I actually get to drive it for a few weeks and break it all in, plus make sure everything is 100% before it makes a long trip back to FL. The wiring and motor were a complete nightmare, it is by far the worst car I have ever worked on in that aspect.

Rick, sounds like you did some nice work!

i would love for you to do the same for me - i'm missing that one really important thing...ah what is it called....ah money!

i am amazed at how people can afford to dump so much money into a car (esp. an older one). crazy! parts alone wipe me out - forget labor!

keep up the good work - i look forward to seeing pics of yours when it is all done!

I'll have to get some pics, the car was a mess to say the least. The motor had been stolen at one time or another and they clipped all thw wiring harness. Well as I started to peel back the electric tape I noticed they just twisted the wires back together, so solider no butt connector....needless to say I opend up the entire harness. I was shocked to see the bare wire sitting back at the fuel tank. It even had a Flowmaster on BACKWARDS UH: I put new MAC long tubes, ProChamber and Bullets, dumped.

I think he paid $7500 for the car new, then he has dumped atleast $5000 in parts, then there's my labor. The hours I have in it is crazy, but I fixed just about everything I saw. There was only 1 bolt holding the front accessories on it..lol I had to figure out what was missing.

Once the car gets some paint on, it will look killer. It has a nice stance...

I have another 331 (AFR head, Typhoon, FTI cam, etc) to build and install for a fellow stangneter and friend. I had to wait on some parts but looks like everything will be here this week and I can get it moving, then I can get back to my car...although I have a few other motors to put together as well

Got to pay for all these goodies some way right? Since MidSouth Racing went out of business and no one currently makes a nice affordable alum wing we have came up with a design. Should be able to get pricing down to the same area hopefully to sell as well. I'll post pics as soon as we are done with the first unit for a fellow NMRA P/S racer, it will be on for ythe finals at Bowling Green.

being busy for you is a good thing, Rick!

sounds great - look forward to pics.

BTW, i hear those retsamwolF mufflers are nice.

one bolt for the accessories. hmmmm. that is a quick-change thing you drag guys do, right.

same for the open wiring joints - makes it easy to swap components (none of those pesky connectors or solder to undo).

it is way past the bedtime (as you can tell). take care, TTYS.
