What Stage of clutch to get?

My goal is to be running around 280+rwhp on a daily driver. Say that i get a spec, centerforce, or zoom clutch. What stage should i get and how long would i expect it to last with giving it some punishment occationally?

how many miles would this last on average? i drive in the city a few miles to school everyday, and up to the northside of town for work (about 25 miles) most of that is interestate. I want a good quality one that i can stick in there and not worry about it for many years to come....

I say go spec stage 1 or 2...I've heard good things of both...Spec will probably be my next clutch

I am getting a Centerforce dual friction so my left leg wont hurt so much in traffic! Still got my original clutch but it is still way to stiff for me! They are expensive about $300 but are supose to have the smoothest and least effort release!

My friend has got a Centerforce Dual Friction (I like it) and it is easier to push in than my stock NAPA clutch ...the previous owner of my car did a auto to T5 swap...I wonder what could be wrong...we put in the stock clutch, pressure plate and TOB...but it is stills stiffer than stock...must be the cable

My clutch has always been so stiff I put in new cables and a BBK clutch quadrant and it still is stiff!

its a little more than stock, but bearable. not that bad really. if your not planning more than the typical h/i/c then go with the stage 1. say you might stroker, nitrous or supercharge, then get the stage 2. if your not sure then i would just get the stage 2.
