do you only race your car? if so 90/10's if not and you drive it more then race it i would suggest going with an adjustable set up then you can tune it for the track and the road and you won't have issues with it not handling very well.
go with strange 10 way adjustable. $110 each and you can have it super loose for the track, and tight for the street. if its a track only car then 90/10's
