I have attached some pics of my supercharger, and I am trying to get a factory pulley. I have called around and no one can tell me what pulley fits it. I called Magnusen and they said it was a SVO M112. Then I have looked around an others have said M60 or M90. I know it is a keyed pulley, other than that I have no idea what it is. Can you help? I also included a pic of my dash plate that says Stage 3 on it. I was told that can't be possible but there it is anyway. Any Ideas?

It has the numbers m-6066-d461 embosed on the front. I'll attach a pic of it.

Yeah did the same thing but still couldn't find if it is a m112 or m60 or ? And I bolted mine to an 02 motor since my 97 was broken, and it works fine. But I am building too much boost for stock pistons, so I need to get a larger pulley and drop to 6psi. Keep em coming though, any help appreciated.

I am running this blower on my car.

It is a M112. It is the non-intercooled FRPP/SVO supercharger offered from Ford for a short period of time back in the late 90s/early 00s. Most of the few that were made were for the 96-98 NPIs, but a few were made for the 99+ PIs. I just read on SVTP earlier this week that as little as 50 of these units were made. Your guess is as good as mine on whether that's true or not.

How much boost is it making? Mine with the stock pulley makes around 7 on average, occasionally close to 8 when it's really cold, and as little as 6 when it's really hot. If it's tuned, I doubt you're making "too much boost". Being non-intercooled, 8-9 pounds is about as much as you can run with them, and that's usually only possible with methanol injection.

I did a yahoo search and found this on corral forums. Granted it's someone trying to sell their unit back in '09 but he does explain to some degree what it is and probably what you have. And where he says discounted, I think he meant to say discontinued.

haha, that's the blower I wound up buying from SRThandz.

I am running about 9-10 psi. Thanks for the info!! When I got the car, the motor was bad, pulled the heads and found that the pistons were broken around the outside above the rings. I got a motor from a 2002 GT and really pretty much bolted it in. I know the PI motors give you more compression and I'm thinking that I do not want to blow this motor up too. I can hear a little spark knock when I stand in it hard, even when its hot. I don't know if its tuned or not. I do not have a tuner for it, and as far as I know if it has been tuned, it was by Roush. Can't verify this though. I don't even know where the ECU module is mounted on the car.

Yea, 9-10 psi is definitely due to an aftermarket pulley. IIRC, my stock pulley is 3.7 inches. If it's not tuned at all, or if it's using the stock ECU that came with the supercharger (programmed for 6-7 psi), then that would definitely be causing the detonation.

If you have any questions about the blower or anything else, let me know. I'll help the best I can.
