I was talking with one of the guys at work and telling him once my factory warranty expires I will be adding a supercharger. He told me he believed Saleen and maybe a couple of other superchargers were covered by the warranty. Anybody have any knowledge about this? If it is true, That will be my first mod.

Not so sure on how much Ford will cover an aftermarket blower unit, but I think some aftermarket packages (when installed by authorized agents) by Saleen and Roush are covered by their own warantees.

My local dealer told me that they will cover any blower, so long as I don't mess with the engine internals. I specifically asked if it had to be FRPP, and he said nope. Now, to get that in writing ;).

Now that Ford had extended the warranty on the Mustang, I don't want to screw with it...... however I want boost.
They've extended it, or you bought an extended warranty?

FYI, Roush offers a 3year/36,000 mile warranty, so if you have anything more than that (like, 5yr/60,000 mile), Roush will still only give you the 3/36,000 coverage.
