What Tires U Running On Stock 10 Hole

I need new tires before I can get my car inspected. My sticker expired in oct and with winter, well it got put at the bottom of the to do list.
I'm running stock 15inch 10 hole rims. (225/60r15) When I search for tires, I find like 2-3 matches, and don't like any of the tread patterns. The last tires I bought was prob 10 years ago and they were firestone indy 500.
I'll go a few sizes bigger in the rear if I like the tread, but front got to be 225.

I don"t like the tread pattern of the radial t/a, I've had them before.
I don't drive it much anymore but I still want to keep the "stock" look
