What to look for #2

I posted this in the 5.0 section and didn't get any help, so I'll try it here. I am looking at a 94 GT convertible with 136,000 miles on it. I am not too familar with Mustangs, so I was hoping somebody with some knowledge could tell me what to look for and also let me know what problem areas these cars might have. Thanks in advance!

One thing that is kind of a weak spot in the 94-95 Stangs is the harmonic balancer.

Yes. Prob important to explain what that causes. The problem that causes is a very shakey idle.
