What to use to dyno-tune an SD car?

I want to get my car dyno-tuned after I install my heads and intake, and I plan on keeping the car SD. What computer tuner (brand, etc.) can I and should I use to tune the car on the dyno, or wll it have to be done manually?
Somebody school me on dyno-tuning my SD car, please!!
