Does the 3650 just take regular ATF or should i put synthetic in it? Would synthetic hurt it? Any friction additives?

use Mobil 1 ATF. works great. Redline makes a good ATF as well.

I read that Tremec said do not put Redline in the 3650. I did it and it didnt make a bit of difference. Then I put the regular Dexron III and reduced the level and it felt better.

Then of course I had the fix done and its much better.

I made an appointment, told them the problem and brought a copy of the TSB with me and they took care of it. I put my stock shifter on first of course.
