What Transmission

I did a search but didn't find anything, so i figured i would come and ask. I am building my car up for a turbo setup, and don't wanna risk blowin the stock T5. I have been looking at some beefier trannies, and was wondering what you would suggest. I am looking at getting a new gear set from Gforce for my T5, but i know the casing is the weak point of the tranny, so would it hold up to about 450hp. Also i was looking at the X2C TKO1500 trannies, but have heard that the TKO's are harsher shifting, and this is going to be a daily driver. Also on the TKO i was wondering what all i would need to swap into a 93 GT. Lastly is the T56, which is what i am leaning towards. I have driven a 03 cobra and the tranny is quite smooth and able to take some power, plus the double overdrive is nice, and if i ever decide to up the boost i can always get the Gforce gears for it and have it handle some real power. I was wondering what suggestions you had in choosing a good tranny. Thanks in advance.

i am really leaning towards the T56, they are smooth as hell, and can handle some power. Plus D&D makes the swap kit, so its rather easy. The only problem is finding one used with a mechanical speedo pickup.
