What type of chance does it have?

Ok well my day has gotten off to a very bad start. On my way to work today i didnt even make it as far as I95 and my car started over heating. I had no choice but to get it to work so I kinda let it cruise the way there like 10 miles and the needle never made it out of the normal but it wanted to come off the L NEVER make it to H... Now I am letting it cool to check it out. Hopefully its the radiator or water pump since they are cheap fixes. But what I was going to ask is, what chance do you think I have that my heads arent blown. I checked the oil and its still fine no coolant and oil mix. any help is great guys, i really feel like **** now...

Well It seems to be fine I filled it up put some sealant to hold the leak (Which seems to work for now. But the car seems to be idling a little rough now, like too low. I disconnected the battery let it sit for a while then hooked it up again and its still there. I was thinking of raising the idle but I really dont know what the car is supposed to idle around. Any suggestions? Also could I have fouled the plugs from running it hot? (plugs have only been in there 2 weeks.)
