about me...this is my 3rd mustang all have been s197 i started with the 08 v6 traded it in for 05 gt auto then traded it in for 05 roush stage one manual... so far i have done the basics... i have installed the steeda cold air and sct 93 bama tune i noticed a pretty good difference not sure if its the 30 hp like AM says but deff a good difference i had a local muffler shop do a custom muffler delete for me so i could keep my tips to fit my body kit... im stationed in fort stewart ga and theres alot of ricers and alot of mopar around here and we all like to race from street light to street light i wanna make my mustang one of the baddest cars around i was gonna go 4.10's but i like to drive up to savannah alot with is a 1 hr trip on highway so i dnt wanna kill my gas mileage... i was recommended 3.90's is there a big difference? im looking at buying an off road x pipe not sure which brand yet they all seem the same to me... idk if i should save up between now and tax season so i can buy a supercharger/procharger kit of here or what or if i should start with suspension then go internals then go supercharger or what you guys are the experts i trust what you guys tell me and im a e-3 in the military so i dont make much but what i do save up i spend on my mustang and if u have anything for sale or anything that can help me out

It's my personal belief that you build up suspension and brakes before you add big power. Mustangs aren't exactly known for their braking and handling prowess, so slapping an s/c on a stock suspension always seemed like a bad idea to me, though I'm sure people do it all the time. Since you're already running a Roush stage 1, you may want to keep the Roush train rolling along and get their stage 2 or stage 3 parts. I personally like maximummotorsports.com suspension components, however. Making a plan is the most important thing, though. You don't want to waste money buying new parts because the first one's weren't right. For example, I believe Roush uses a different suspension set up for their Stage 3 cars because of the added weight of the s/c. It's something to consider. You also want to know what you want to do with the car. A suspension set up for LEGAL drag racing AT A TRACK, for example, is going to look different than suspension for autocrossing or road racing (road racing not to be confused with street racing).
