What would be a better setup?

Im either looking at a 331 or a 347... if i go with a 347 im going with a high comp... still using pump gas tho and maybe a lil nitrous.. if i got with at 331 im looking at a low comp with maybe a sc down the road? what im looking at rite now is a

some aftermarket block
rpm 2
afr 185s
custom cam

any ideas?
