Subject: What's different from the '05-'07 to the '08-'09??
I know that they upgraded the gas tanks, ball joints and added side airbags in the '07 year, But does anyone know what was new/different on the '08-'09 models??????
The front lower control arm, hydro bushing, and ball joint were upgraded again in 2009;there is a tsb about replacing them due to squeak/grunts.
There were changes to the routing of the coolant hoses in '07 or'08, not sure exactly when.
As mentioned: redesigned head for plugs that don't break when you remove them.
The shifter was improved in '08 I think.
I also think the gear ratios offered differed. I know on my '08, I have the optional 3:55's.
There may be other options that weren't available earlier such as side airbags, heated seats,etc...
If your looking to buy it doesnt matter which year you purchase......this car rocks, tons of aftermarket support and even goes pretty fast in stock form! I love my mine.
