I would find a local speed shop that works on Mustangs a lot to help you out. Some of the stuff you need, there are probably aftermarket upgrades that you can go ahead and get. Plus, without an experienced shop doing the work you won't know for sure if you get everything that is missing.
Posting a thread asking for a good Mustang shop in your area that can do this type of work would probably be more effective on here than having us point out the things that appear to be missing.
