Well, your question has been answered but I had to comment on the questionable wiring connectors at the coil and the bolt stuck in the hose to plug it: :nonono:

well, thats what ya get for a car youve had a week.

But now Ive ordered a petronix ignitor :-) so dont look at that wiring.

Now, what to do about the bolt haha.

 Nothing like that previous owner syndrome. Actually it looks like a smaller hose stuck in a bigger hose and then plugged. I'm curious though dave, what would you plug it with then if you don't like the bolt?

I've used golf tees.
I have a bag of tees in my toolbox in the trunk. Those, and duct tape, will get you out of more bad situations that anything I know.

(I once used a wire hanger to "fix" the accelator cable on my MGB so I could make it home during Christmas break. Got me from Mizzou to NC in fine shape. My dad just shook his head when I showed him.

id more like to know why this thing has more capped off/plugged off things. And it doesnt use a wiring harness, its POS (previous owner syndrome) wired.

I'ts pretty clear that he isn't using the vac advance, and the wires look like they go to some senders for aftermarket temp and oil pressure guages. I've seen worse.

is the vac advance a big deal??

oh im glad youve seen worse, makes me feel better

No, but you will get better economy and performance if it has SOME sort of advance. You may have centrifigal. I've seen rats nests of wire running every which way under the hood. His 2 loose wires are of no concern. Just tape em up.
