i just bought an off road h off of ebay, brand new, for 90 shipped I had some Flowpaths saved on my ebay, but i lost them, and i cant find them off of ebay. I wanted flowpaths, but might end up getting flowmasters. Anyone know where i could get 2 flowpath mufflers? BTW on ebay they were 55 a piece, with free shipping

I get to spend a few months in the desert over christmas in Afghanistan, but the girlfriend and mother are sending me some stuff, mostly popcorn and pictures of my car. Oh yeah, pictures of the girlfriend too, i guess.

HOWEVER.....with the uber money I'll be making here, when I get home, I'll have all kinds of "christmas in may" presents added to the car. I'm estimating 15000 in mods, just gotta figure out what that will get me. Suggestions for my christmas list, anyone? I got rid of my tribars, so that's a start, the exhaust and lowering job is done, stereo is outrageous, no need to upgrade there, and I have an aluminum driveshaft. What I'm looking for is an engine....was thinking 351, but hearing horror stories has led me to lean more at a 306 or 331. Opinions? Anyway, enough rambling....Merry Christmas!

Hey xr8d302 how’s it going man. 15,000 I would go with a 347 N/A and beef up the drive train (i.e. tranny and rear end). Then work on the suspension front and rear. Then have it tuned to perfection. Probably going to need more $$ but hey we can all dream a little dream.

That would be ideal but what's the use of having all that power if you can't put it to the ground or go in a straight line 15 grand can only go so far. If he stays N/A there is more $$ left over for better tranny, rear, front&rear Suspension work.

I should mention that I'm also looking at a paintjob out of that 15,000, so the main thing, the engine, is going to have to be a little more thrifty than just dumping 15 k into it and the drivetrain. I know I can manage 400 horsepower out of that, I'm just looking for a cost effective way to get there, and still manage to dress up the outside with a new paintjob and some other small goodies.

PS: Hi Wytstang

That's what I got last year...and I use it ALL THE TIME.
One word of advice....get your power tools from Harbor Freight....You can go CRAZY in there setting up your stuff. I have a T-fitting coming out, and I have the cheap spiral yellow hose right there at my work bench, and the long high pressure hose run along the garage, exiting at the other side where I can connect things to work on the car in the driveway. You can get cutters, die grinders, etc real cheap at H.F. I would splurge a little more on the Impact gun and Air wratchet, but for the other little things HF.com is awesome....sign up for their catalog.

Put the paintjob on the back burner and and go ahead with the dart block and turbo.

I hope to get 315 drag radials for X-mas. And maybe a helmet.
