Whats the best fluid to use in my T45?

Anyone ever change the fluid in there trans? Everyone says use synthetic, But since I cant find my owners manual, I don't even know what kind of fluid to use.

Also, anyone know if there's a SFI Bellhousing for these transmissions yet?

I don't have my manual handy but this is what autozone says to use.

SPEC-FLUID-TYPE/WT XT-2-QDX
USE ONLY MERCON SYNTHETIC ATF

I put redline high temp ATF in my t45. It cost about 40 bucks for it. Seems pretty good. I also put redline 75-90w in my rear end and a kendall friction additive.
