Whats the best way to clean injectors?

Since I'll be putting on a new intake, I figured cleaning the 103K mile injectors for the first time wouldn't be a bad idea. What the best way and what should I use?

the way i did it was to soak them in Fule injector cleaner for as long as you can.

I had heard they had to be hooked up to some type of machine and cleaner forced through them.

These days I don't think you need to clean them anymore. With the additives they put in fuel now, they should stay pretty clean. I didn't notice any improvement when I went from 100k mile 19# injectors to brand new 30# injectors . YMMV, of course, but I don't know if I'd put a lot of effort into it unless you really think they're messed up.

get a can of BG-44K and dump it in with a full tank of gas. you can smell it burning as the gas runs through
