whats the deal with foglights and my guage cluster

lately my factory tach has started sticking above 2200 rpm when i have either my headlights or my foglights on. it will stay at 2200 until the rpm's come either way down or if i stab the throttle.if i turn the lights off or running during the day,no problems.

The foglight wiring is faulty (from the factory) Hop over to the Corral and look up "Fog Light Fix" under their technical write up section (?)

The tach problem is probably a bad ground or bad connection is the instrument panel electrical contacts. Be prepared to remove the instrument cluster to clean & inspect the contacts. Spray the contacts down with electronic parts cleaner or non-inflammable brake parts cleaner (same stuff in a bigger can and cheaper too).
