Steeda has several different pumps on their website. Why are the dual pumps used ? Are they used for +99
This link wont go directly to it but -
http://www.steeda.com
What other options are there for s/c Stangs ?

The steeda pumps are $399.99 from Steeda. Tim(cobra Killer) I believe sells it for less.

What you do is take out your stock gt pump and send it to them with 400 dollars and they send it back to you modified.

or you could spend 650-700 on the 03 cobra pump and tank and avoid upgrading again later if you want more than 400rwhp down the road.

btw we got a lot of threads about the steeda pumps on www.modularmustangs.net if you want to check it out.

Whoa these pumps are only good to 400 RWHP ? I don't want to have to upgrade later after I build my motor. Should I just do the '03 Cobra pump, and tank now then ?
Thanks for the info - I talked to Tim on the phone today about a IC'd Novi 2K
really cool people
I need to e-mail the girl pics on my 68. What's her name ?

EDIT - is that why your selling yours ?

I should have said 500rwhp. That's what steeda told me they've used them up to.

I knew that was going to happen. I plan to run 42# injectors, and my current 77mm Pro-M. how far will the pumps go RWHP wise ?

It's a small world cap42 in your FOR SALE thread hosted my videso for me

Why did you do the Cobra Tank / pump over the Steedas then ? I plan to reach ~600-700 eventually like Micool, or Kid did. Now I'm thinkg just to do the 03 Cobra stuff -

I changed mine to 03 pumps because I thought my lean condition was because the steeda pumps couldn't handle 400rwhp but in reality the steeda pumps were fine. It's my injectors and maf that need to be changed.

It was a matter of logically deductions and in the end I found out that my steeda pumps were fine. If I had known I would have never swapped them out.

Oh well...the cobra pumps are on Michael Kidd's car running 663rwhp so I should be fine when I upgrade my motor down the road. He's using a KB bap also though.

I may have enough $ for an 03 Cobra bumper to show that intercooler though - Maybe I should just do the Steedas for now, and worry about more fuel when I come to that road Who knows I may be satisfied with this set up for a long time, maybe forever.

good question. ~600- 700 max. I don't know I may be satisfied with 400. I've never driven a car w/ more power than my 261 RWHP. I plan after I pay my car off in a year to do forged internals, crank up the boost, and get head work, and cams. Not really too sure. That's why I want the Novi 2K so I can grow into it - If that makes sense. I hear things really get expensive over 500 RWHP. Not too sure how much $$ I'm willing to put into this in the end.
Actually I drove my friends 12.5 sec LS1. Lots of fun especially for an automatic !

I responded to your pm. Yes I plan to sell it to Chris.

THe 03 cobra pumpa and tank is going to cost you DOUBLE the cost of a used steeda pump.
