What's the shortest aftermarket intake manifold?

Maybe one of these?!? I think you might need to have some forced induction or a stroker in order for it to work well. I don't really know much about them but i thought of it when you said shortest.

I was going to suggest the same type of setup. I think there are other companies that fab these as well.

The other option is to cut down one of the standard 302 long runner intakes. By cutting out a .500" section of the upper (just above the mating surface) and welding it back together you could shorten things up a bit. Alternatively, you could machine down the mating surface of the lower intake.
Take your time doing some good mock-ups if you go this route. I shaved my upper intake only .300" and the TB is about .010" from the valve cover.
This option would not hurt your low end torque as much as a short runner manifold would.

Ideally you should measure out how much room you have to work with though.

The spyder is looking pretty good, but I wont be getting my supercharger for a lil while, I guess i'll just shave down my stock gt intake if I need to, but after checking everything out again today I think I might be able to make it work....here's hoping thanks for the replies guys.

I am using the comp cams polymer intake.

This is the intake I shaved down ~ .300" for hood clearance on my Fox 408w swap.

It works great.

I would not recommend boost with it though.
