What's true blue?

I am making a big effort to return my 69 GT500 to full stock.. I have some questions about originality.. I have a new OEM waterpump that wasn't painted. I heard that it should be blue like the rest of the engine.. is this correct? What kind of paint is that, where can I get some?

its ford c orporate blue and you can buy cans of it at like pep boys and autozone i believe.
