Up/down play in a CC bearing is not good. I would tell UPR and have them replaced for quality issues.
Honestly I have dealt with better companys.Their shipping isn't any better
either. From my experiences they will never get my business ever again.:notnice: :nonono:

I only have bought their Blue Thunder shifter and had no problems with it ever. I mostly stick with SummitRacing for parts that I can't get a good deal on locally.

only problem i had with UPR was when my cc plates were ordered along with my bumpsteer kit (an old friend bought them for me) I got the bumpsteer kit but no cc plates. I called and they said they were on back order(I think they also said they thought they had some). It took a month or 2 maybe longer I forget now for me to get them and I had called a few times in between to find out when I was gonna get them. IIRC they said some would be in but then they never got them. The set I got I think they said were returned or somethind and thats the only reason I got them when I did.

I understand companies get back ordered but they should tell people that when they order parts so you can expect to have to wait. Either that or contact them and let them know. I was a little pissed when I had to call to find out where my parts are.

I'd buy from them again but next time I think I'll ask if they have the stuff in stock if I'm in a hurry

tokico illuminas and MM c/c plates as well, no noise and i've been very happy with them. of course, i couldnt hear any noise over the dumped flows anyway, lol

Same! MM CC's, and the 5 way Adj Tokiko Illumina's. I love this setup, and never heard any clanking/noises. If I did it again, i wouldn't consider a different setup.
