How hard is it to remove the center cap from rims ? I know a dumb question, but I don't want to mess the rim up etc.

Reason is, I got a sweet deal on eBay for a pair of silver AFS Cobra R 10.5 rims, and I want to take their snake off and put a genuine FMS Cobra R center cap in it's place.

Thanks,Dewman

Can't you just pop it out from the back with a large punch or something?

Yeah, I think you should take the wheel off and do it from the back just to be safe. You can probably just pop it out with you fingers around the edges.

I think the hole for the FRPP Cobra R wheels is a different size than the repro models. I'm not 100% certain about that, but I know I've read it somewhere anyway.

Thanks guys, appreciate the info. I never paid attention to how the caps were attached.

I'll be sure to have some glue ready for them. At $30 a pop don't want them going anywhere.
