I need some freakin tires/wheels asap...my cars sitting on jackstands...

I seen these on Ebay...Anyone have any dealings with these folks??? I would prefer different tires sizes than he's got,,,curious how this size will look...i cant lower the car anymore and i dont wont big gaps again..Im really wanting to buy something all set up, unwrap em, bolt em and be done...these are polished..i dont wont chrome...i just bought chrome 95 Rs and really didn't like it against the Red, so I sold em....I may even just go back to Silver powder coated.... This is worst them picking exhaust out... A pic of this model on someones car would be nice....

That wheel/tire combo you are looking at still needs to be balanced. I think Performance Wheel Outlet has better combos. Might cost a little more though. 2-17X9 with 245/45R17 Nitto-555 and 2-17X10.5 with 315/35R17 Nitto-555Rs, Polished wheels, for $1532.60 seems like a good deal to me. Personally, I don't like 18" wheels on the 94/95 unless they are the silver 2000 Cobra R style, IMHO.

Thanks for the opinion....i put 95 Rs on and had 255/40s on the front, opened the 4x4 gap back up...had 315s on the back and it was kinda funky as the tire was squatted on the rim...thre 40s on the front looked like it needed to be dropped again...???
i felt those 18s i posted would give me a decent fender gap without having to change or drop it again..and fill it up nicely...Dude at work has those Y2Ks on his...tis a nice pkg...

Check the pic...See how the front gap opened up... ..The back was ok but 315s on a 9" is kinda crazy...i bought these wheels/tires mounted to try it out...

255/40s' are too short. Cobras' came stock with 255/45 tires. I bet that is why you have a larger gap up front. And those 17X9s' w/315s' is crazy. I seen a '03 Cobra that ran 10s' with same setup so must not be too dangerous.

Yup...255s is correct....I kinda jumped on those Rs when i seen the ad...was a good deal for the combo, no harm done as i re-sold em for what i paid...i wasnt really thinking on the tire size...

315s look mean as hell from the back, i meant the sidewall is kinda crazy looking and rolled for a 9" rim....

Thanks for your input..I'm tire stupid for sure...

xr8d302.....Sweet....I like that.. Those polished or chrome?? Thanks for the pic..

What'd you buy for rim/tires sizes??? I was at WRs site cpuple times over...I really wanted to find something all mounted....P.I.T.A. after you get the stuff to have to get it all mounted/balanced...they slammed 100.00 last time around for that...Only one guy around here that has the machine that wont stave the rims all up....

Slytherin...Thanks...I'll check that out too...

My son and I are doing it right here...The intake came out mint and he was humped about that...A bud of his works at a big Ford dealership with a nice paint booth and oven...He said to wetsand it, drive it down and he'd shoot, bake it and be done in an a/noon...

My son really wants to shoot it himself, so were gonna have at it....he's got a knack for it and shot his own truck..We bought a nice spray gun over the Winter...We're good to go...Pic doesn't really do the truck justice...

I may come up with something in Black for it to boot.??? not really sure yet, it'll still be Rio Red tho...

Andy, I actually liked those Chrome Cobra R's on your car!! I think they look better than that pic with the 18's. If you get 18's I think 2k Cobra R rims would look SWEET...I want them so bad for my car but as we all know, 18's slow you down and I don't want to pay 18" tire prices.

What 93 Cobra swap are you talking about? You talking about a Fox intake? I don't visit the 94/95 board as much as I used to so I'm a bit out of the loop.
