Gentlemen, I have a wheel dilemma. I'm putting together a very nice 4dr '63 Falcon sedan, and the poor thing looks terrible with 13" wheels on her. I was trying to avoid doing a 5 lug swap as it will be a 6cyl auto grocery getter, but am having problems locating 14" 4 lug rims. Probably because everyone throws them away. Is anyone in New England holding a set they can part with?

Paint them, pick out a trim ring and center cap... Done! :)

Whats up Real? I've been looking for aftermarket and the only thing I have found is the Mustang wheels, but they are 6" wide and looking at the 5" that are on it now, not sure I have clearance on the '63. I may have to buy one and try it.

That's a possibility, but I was hoping for stock. But I may not have a choice. Also not sure I can fit 6".

Factory Fox Mustang wheels (as well as the Mustang II) are 4 X 4 1/4". I had a 65 Falcon that started as a 6 cyl. and a 85 GT Mustang and the lug pattern were different.

I'll second this and can confirm that early Falcon/Mustang 4 lug patterns are different than later model cars. My brother had a 65 Mustang 6 cylinder car that we thought of putting a set of aluminum slots from my II on. We quickly realized that it wouldn't work.

But, surprisingly, we found that the early wheels would bolt onto an 88 Festiva! Taking them off was a bit of an issue, however, as the hub sizes were slightly different.

If you do decide to try 6 inch wide wheels - and they fit - you could switch it up and go with the Magnum 400 wheels. They're offered in the correct bolt spacing and would dress the car up some. Just a thought. :)

Edit: I figured it would've had to have been done, so a quick search awarded me with a few different examples! Here are a couple to give you an idea....
