i can't adjust my throttle body the screw is there...its an all thread screw and i can't turn it...i was originally going to open it even more b ut didn't see a way of doing it...any thoughts????

You might wanna try to turn in your air bleed screw a half of a turn and give it a day or two to see if that helps
IIRC, the tb screw on some oem tb's did not have a way to turn it. You can file a slot in the top or just use some pliers on the top thread to turn the screw.
One last thing is I might have been not too clear about the tb blade adjustment. I should have said in the above info ... the blade may be too far open.
Contrary to popular belief ... that screw is not an idle speed adjustment screw. Its puropse is to prevent the tb blade form sticking or binding on the side wall of the tb. The idle speed is controlled by the pcm.
What can happen if the tb blade is too far open is the pcm & isc will kinda do a little dance with each other in an attempt to balance the mismatch.
All kinds of things come into play for a stable idle and the position of the tb blade, the bleed screw, and isc kinda all work together to help achieve a stable idle.
Heck ... the pcm even varies the spark to try and help maintain a stable idle.
I only brought up that other stuff to show that sometimes ......
If mechanical adjustments get too far out of line, the pcm tries to compensate and you might end up with that classic catch 22 kinda thing goin on.

i used a pair of pliers to ajust the tb a little more open...it still surges a little but not as mjuch...i still believe its the iac... so next payday i'll get one...until then i'll still whine about it....
